Established as an independent organization, the Abu Dhabi International Arbitration Centre (arbitrateAD) acts as a neutral and impartial dispute resolution forum for commercial and government entities. It administers regional and global arbitration cases for parties who have chosen arbitration as their preferred dispute resolution method. Arbitration under the arbitrateAD Rules is an efficient, confidential, and effective method of settling disputes out of court. The dispute is decided by unbiased experts, is overseen by an experienced Arbitration Court, and is managed by a Secretariat committed to achieving swift and first-rate arbitral decisions that are enforceable in over 160 countries. Our services are priced competitively through a clear and transparent fee schedule with no hidden fees. Parties can turn to the Abu Dhabi International Arbitration Centre for institutional arbitration, ad hoc arbitration, and if they wish to use the Centre’s hearing rooms.
