Register New Case
Filing a Request for Arbitration can be done by emailing:
cases@arbitrateAD.ae.
Claimants are invited to carefully review the requirements set out in Article 6 of the Rules. The applicable filing fee listed in the Schedule of Fees in force at the time of the Request must be paid on the Centre's bank account. Payment must be made on the following bank account:
