The Abu Dhabi International Arbitration Centre and the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators are pleased to invite you to a panel discussion on Investor-State Dispute Settlement in International Construction Projects at the ADGM Academy on 9 October 2024.
Arno Janssens, Legal Counsel at the Abu Dhabi International Arbitration Centre, will be speaking alongside Anne Hoffmann, Alain Farhad, and Sergey Alekhin.
The session will be moderated by Zeina Obeid and the keynote address will be delivered by Dr. Crina Baltag.
