Join us at China Arbitration Week 2026 in Beijing, where arbitrateAD’s Executive Director, Bing Yan, will deliver a keynote address, “arbitrateAD: Abu Dhabi’s Arbitration Story, Two and a Half Years In.”
The keynote will offer an inside look at how a new arbitration centre and seat take shape: the ambition behind the project, the milestones reached, the lessons learned, and why Abu Dhabi is rapidly emerging as a destination of choice for resolving international disputes.
The keynote will be followed by an eminent panel discussion, “Chinese Investment in the Middle East: Managing Disputes and Mitigating Risks,” featuring Kevin Nash, Prof. Georges Affaki, Prof. Jingzhou Tao, and Lijun Cao.
